The traditional sauna is a haven of relaxation, purification, silence, and holiness. The wood-fired log sauna offers gentle, age-old baths. Enjoy a refreshing swim in Lake Päijänne (about 20 m from the sauna).
For a sauna fee, Sauna Spirit offers a drink of fresh spring water, a sausage for grilling and a crêpe.
The sauna is small and can accommodate 6-8 people at a time. Let the magical power of the lake calm you down on the large patio.
SAUNA PRICE 40 €/PERSON
This is a mixed sauna, so bring a swimsuit and towel. You can sauna for an hour or for the whole duration of the sauna. Please reserve your place in advance for the evening sauna, the maximum number of participants is 15. Sauna is alcohol-free.
After the sauna, you can have a sauna lunch at Juhlatalo Paamiska.
